Work-Life Balance
Full-Time Groomer
- Groom dogs of all sizes, including large and giant breeds
- Perform breed-specific AKC trims and hand scissoring
- Work Saturdays and some Sundays
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
Pay: $55,000–$100,000+ depending on experience and skill level. Relocation assistance may be provided for an Intermediate/Open Breed Profile Competitor or Master Certified Groomer.
You’ll work alongside competition-level groomers who regularly place at national events. If you want to grow your skills in breed-specific styling, hand stripping, creative grooming, or feline grooming, our team will help you get there — with paid training and mentorship built in.
What You’ll Do

Front Desk Representative
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar
- Check clients in and out
- Prepare appointment sheets for the grooming team
- Keep the lobby and front desk area clean and presentable

You’ll be the first face clients and their pets see when they walk in. This role is all about creating a welcoming, organized experience — from scheduling appointments to keeping the front of house running smoothly.

- Bathe, blow-dry, and prep dogs of all sizes for grooming
- Handle dogs safely and comfortably, including large breeds
- Participate in community charity nail-trim events
- Help maintain a clean salon throughout the day

Our bathers are the foundation of every great groom. You’ll work hands-on with dogs of all sizes — from tiny Yorkies to Newfoundlands — giving them a thorough, gentle bath and prep that sets the groomer up for success.

Part-Time Data Entry — Westerville Location
A flexible part-time role at our Westerville salon — 3 hours a day, 5 days a week. You'll keep our client records organized, prep grooming notes, and help the front desk team stay on top of the daily schedule.
- Enter grooming notes and client information into our system
- Prepare appointment sheets for the following day
- Call veterinary offices for shot records
- Check clients out and help retrieve pets when needed
